Grow Citrus LLC

1. What we do

Grow Citrus provides business education and operating support for owner-operated service businesses. That includes online training programs, templates and tools, group coaching calls, a members' portal, and done-with-you operating services delivered under a separate written agreement.
We are not lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, or investment advisors. Nothing we publish or say is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Talk to a licensed professional before making decisions in those areas.

2. Results

We show real results from real client work. Those results are one business's documented outcomes over a specific period. They are not typical, not a promise, and not a projection of what your business will do. Your results depend on your market, your team, your pricing, your execution, and factors neither of us controls. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, growth, leads, or any specific business outcome.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind the business you represent. Keep your login credentials private. You're responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current.

4. Purchases, billing, and refunds

Pricing.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but changes don't affect purchases already made.
Payment plans. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us to charge each installment on schedule. Access may be paused if an installment fails and isn't resolved within 7 days.

Memberships.

Some programs include a membership that continues at a recurring monthly charge after an included period. The price, the start of billing, and how to cancel are disclosed at checkout and in your welcome email. We send a reminder before the first recurring charge. You can cancel any time from your portal or by emailing hello@growcitrus.com; cancellation stops future charges and access ends at the close of the paid period. We don't prorate partial months.

Refunds and guarantees.

Each program's refund terms and any guarantees are stated on its sales page and apply as written there. To request a refund, email hello@growcitrus.com from the email on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Chargebacks.

Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We resolve billing problems quickly and directly.

5. Done-with-you services

Seats, builds, assessments, and retainers are governed by a separate written agreement that controls if it conflicts with these terms. Any client data you share with us is confidential and used only to deliver your services.

6. Intellectual property

Everything we create, including training content, templates, worksheets, calculators, frameworks, videos, copy, software, and the names The Grove System, Crops, DIG, and the Checkpoint, belongs to Grow Citrus LLC.
When you buy a program, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials inside your own business. You can customize the templates for your company. You cannot resell, share, publish, teach, or redistribute the materials, or use them to build a competing product. Your login is for you and your team inside one business. Anything you create for your own business using our templates (your plan, your scorecard, your SOPs) is yours.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the Services to break the law, harass anyone, upload malicious code, scrape content, share credentials, or interfere with other members. In group calls and community spaces, be useful and respectful. We can remove anyone who makes the room worse for everyone else, without refund if the conduct is serious.

8. Recordings and testimonials

Group calls, workshops, and office hours may be recorded and shared with other members of the same program. By participating, you consent to being recorded. We won't use your name, likeness, results, or words in marketing without your separate written permission.

9. Text messaging terms

By opting in on one of our forms or through our website chat widget, you agree to receive text messages from Grow Citrus, including reminders, replies, program updates, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@growcitrus.com or 407-449-1385. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information.

10. Third-party tools

We use third-party platforms to deliver the Services (payments, scheduling, video, messaging, portals). Their terms apply to your use of their tools. We're not responsible for their outages or errors, though we'll work with you to resolve problems.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Grow Citrus LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Grow Citrus LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your business decisions, or your breach of these terms.

14. Termination

You can stop using the Services any time. We can suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law) survive termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Before filing anything, email us and give us 30 days to work it out.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy.

The effective date at the top will change, and for material changes we'll notify you by email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
